They are commonly used as seasoning in Indian and Malaysian cooking, especially in curries with fish or coconut milk. In their fresh form, they have a short shelf life though they may be stored in a freezer for quite some time. They are also available dried, though the aroma is inferior.
*Curry without karapulei is tasteless!

i really love this picture. it really shows how huge the effect of a father's affection towards the child. sempena bulan ramadhan yang mulia ini, more pictures of family should be posted as to remind us of how important our loved ones are... because you're never know when you're going to see them again...
